Prior
to the formation of Cordaro Companies, Mr. Cordaro
was involved in the successful development of
over 1,000,000 square feet of investment real
estate and was on the acquisition team Archon-Goldman
Sachs to acquire over $2 billion in real estate
loans.
Mr. Cordaro is currently on the CCIM Louisiana
and Mississippi Board of Directors and is an
active
member of the National Multi-Housing Council.
In recognition of his knowledge of the Louisiana-Mississippi
investment real estate market, Mr. Cordaro has
been a guest speaker at several real estate seminars.
Mr. Cordaro has been recognized by many organizations
of real estate professionals as the top multi-family
broker in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Mr. Cordaro is a graduate of Louisiana State
University with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Real Estate
Finance and is currently on the Louisiana State
University Alumni Board of Directors and the
Tiger
Athletic Foundation Advisory Board.
